Hi,
I found a home that i may want to buy but it has freeze , damage. any idea exactly how much its going to cost? the homes price is 109,900 and it has freeze damage but we really like it. any idea how much the cost is?

Great tips. My home is always in battle with Father Winter; three times have my pipes froze, one of which burst and caused damage. It was such a pain and also such a drain on my wallet. Last november I installed a freeze alarm called FireEar, and it has already warned me, potentially saving me from the hassle. Much recommended! FireEar
