Nuclear Weapons Making Iran More Insecure

Nuclear weapons are the major threat to the security in Iran and this has been comprehended by most of the nations of the world.  Now it is the Iranian government that needs to understand that by just buying nuclear weapons is not buying any security for itself, rather it is adding to the threat.  The U.N Nuclear watch dogs are monitoring the present situation and the view that they come out with clearly suggests that the use of nuclear weapons has to be controlled and more precisely stopped.

Iranian government has been criticized for this is the past also, in June 2009, Salehi in an interview said that now the government should stop relating the nuclear weapons with it prestige as they are in no way adding to it.  Every one is aware of the fact that Iran has always been facing a highly tough neighborhood from Afghanistan and Iraq and one thing that has made the situation worst is the presence of the U.S troops here.

Now coming to the present day scenario and the reactions that the world is giving against the use of nuclear weapons by Iran, there are many things that are coming up. Russian Foreign Minister had called on the various western powers to discuss the insecurity that is prevailing in Iran and what all can be done to see that the security concerns are dealt with utmost urgency.   It was at this time only that the nuclear security that is possessed by Iran was tagged legitimate and the reason that was given stated that Iran had already been attacked by various countries of the world and it has never attacked any.

Now the entire international community needs to come out with a diplomatic and technical solution to the problem of nuclear weapons in Iran as it seems that merely talks and discussions are not going to work.  If one looks at the reply that Iran has given, it is not going to surprise as many of these types have arrived in the past also. Iran says that it requires nuclear energy for producing the electricity in a big amount so that the demands of the whole nation are catered.

There is one agreement called the International Atomic Energy Agency that would now witness Iran shipping out its low enriched Uranium for processing to other countries abroad.  The fuel which it would after this obtain would be used in the medical reactors of Tehran for producing treatments for cancer.  This all seems to be pretty much going on the right track, but only if it works as planned.

Once the nuclear confrontation of Iran with the other countries such as Iraq, Afghanistan and Palestine are resolved, there are chances that the nuclear power would not be used for the destructive reasons.  All this is surely going to take time as Iran has been using its nuclear power for so many years and so many different reasons that the throwing out the destructive ones might not be easy.

This is utter rubbish. There is no evidence of any nuclear weapons programs in Iran. Iran’s nuclear program started way back in the 1970s with the assistance and participation of the United States. See IranAffairs.com

The article does not consider the fact that the whole nuclear weapons proliferation issue raised by Washington against Iran is simply a pretext for the monopolization of the nuclear fuel cycle, and so Iranian concessions which include intensive monitoring of their nuclear program will never be accepted by Washington since Washington’s goal is not simply to deprive Iran of nuclear weapons but also the capability to make nuclear fuel — which also explains why repeated Iranian compromise offers that would have addressed any legitimate concern about weapons proliferation were simply ignored, and why US Sec of State Clinton has plainly declared that Iran does not have the right to have the full nuclear fuel cycle.

To all this I would add that currently about 16% of the world’s energy is obtained from nuclear power, but that is set to rise significantly. Even right now, the United States gets 20% of its power from nuclear energy, and accounts for almost one third of the world’s nuclear electricity. Belgium, Hungary, South Korea, Sweden and Switzerland are part of a group of sixteen countries generate at least 25% of their electricity from nuclear energy. France and Lithuania rely on nuclear energy for more than 75% of their energy.

SO, yes, Iran would be giving away something quite valuable if it allows certain nations to monopolize uranium enrichment in their own favor, and anyone who thinks that Iran should just “trust” those nations to sell nuclear fuel to Iran fairly is a complete moron.

Who is behind Havoc in Iran?

It is quite a difficult question to answer, whether who is behind the havoc in Iran. The Iranian Government is doing its best to know the fact. There can be many reasons behind this violence but the major cause is the nuclear accumulation which is the major threat to all the countries. The Iranian Government should understand the fact that it can create a sense of insecurity among other nations but it seems that Iran has lots of excuses. The UN and several nations have warned Iran to ban the usage of nuclear weapons but none has been till date. However, there could be several reasons behind Iran’s violence and it is the responsibility of the Iranian Government to recognize the main cause.
Recently, a website was launched which had some videos and images of Iran violence. The videos showed us that their closest neighbors can e behind all these activities but they do not have any possible clue, so talking about this is worthless. The videos show a motorcyclist with a gun in his left hand and another gun in the hands of pillion rider. It is the most thrilling video and the Iranian Government is committing to take some effective initiatives to arrest those culprits. There are some images of people who are beating the protestors mercilessly.
Another image of ‘chagoo kesh’ which means knife killer and the face of the culprit are clearly visible in the picture. The faces are recognized by the Police and other investigators and hope to see positive results very soon. The nations all over the world are thinking about the national security of Iran as the conditions are going bad. There is a need to take serious initiatives in order to save the people of Iran from all these brutal activities. The innocent people are more prone and it should be stopped as soon as possible.

It’s is highly satirical that Iran’s mere capability to build nuclear weapons can spark this impossible flow of nuclear proliferation in the Mideast, and yet Israel’s existing nuclear weapons are not believed to have this effect. Indeed, if we are to accept, as the misleading argument assumes, that one country’s nuclear capability will force other countries to acquire their own nuclear deterrent, then the real regional culprit for proliferation must be the original nuclear power in the region: Israel. Note also that similar predictions of regional arms races have not been made when, for example, Brazil recently acquired the same nuclear technology that Iran is seeking to develop. Finally, the argument assumes that the other countries in the region aren’t already working to develop their own nuclear programmers.

Some people do not want to see the Iran issue resolved because that would challenge their hidden agendas. People should have learned from their mistakes in the past, when all the hype over alleged weapons of mass destruction in Iraq turned out to be just that – hype.

    People open your eyes!
