The suicide bombings have been destroying the lives of people from 1981 till now and it is the most horrible act by terrorists. Suicide bombings have become the most powerful weapon of terrorists and they use it effortlessly. The media persons and researchers from all over the world are confused about the exact reason behind the master planning of suicide bombers. It is very difficult to find out the exact reason but researchers have revealed what motivates the people to become suicide bombers and this is the most horrible truth of all those terrorist groups. The data available from 1981 to 2006 revealed that there were around 1200 attempts of suicide attacks which resulted in the killing of 14, 600 people.
The countries like Iraq, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Palestine-Israel and Afghanistan are suffering from suicide attacks from the last several years. There are different views and responses about the motives of suicide attackers. Some researchers claimed that it is only due to wrong politics in these countries but some believe that religion can be a factor behind this is completely a misconception of people. The latest research revealed that the religion or personality can not be the main cause behind the suicide attacks.
The researchers told media persons that religion can be the cause of recruitment of suicide bombers but it can be said that there is an external force behind the motivation of suicide bombers. Definitely the religion is not a driving force but cocktail of inspiration or motivation which include politics, revenge, altruism, retaliation and humiliation. These can be the major factors behind the motivation of suicide bombers and it can lead to huge disaster. There are other several causes behind the suicide attacks but it can be said that motivation by the leaders of militant group is the main factor behind these acts of inhumanity.
