Though we are in the twentieth century, a problem that many of us face is our own Security and Safety. Indeed the world has become very cruel. • You should contact a reputed and well-known agency for choosing your guard or else you can be misled.
• You yourself can take a personal interview of the guard separately in the absence of others.
• Make a track of his previous work records, where he worked last, his experience etc.
• You should have the contact details of the people who will act as referrals for that guard and who know him well.
• You should yourself judge him by keeping track of his punctuality, obedience, understanding, and sincerity. Make sure he is honest and punctual in nature.

Consequences of choosing a wrong guard:

If by chance, you make a mistake in choosing a guard it can have an adverse effect on your well being, instead of SECURE your home would become INSECURE. As he knows everything about your internal matters, he can use his knowledge to do wrong things. Somebody can bribe him and can gather information about your privacy, which can be very dangerous for you.

However, home security guard is needed in today’s world but you should go for this option only when there is a very dire need. Do not believe in him blindly. Placing your trust in the wrong person can be fatal to you. Try and have a nice working relationship with your guard.
