I like how you guys emphasize practicing with whatever weapon your going to carry. Role play make it second nature to where you don’t even think when you do it. It’s like driving a manual car. At first it’s hard to do, and impossible almost under stress, but after a little practice you don’t even think about it anymore. I like the part also about pushing his eyes through the back of his skull. I think a lot women are afraid to do these things to an attacker but hopefully they realize that there are ways like this one to fight back.

So, true. Practicing really makes it like second nature. When you have realized that you really are in a self defense situation you must use every ounce of strength you have to cause as much damage as possible- you may only get one chance! There have been alot of stories in the news lately about women defending themselves with bedposts, sticks, etc. Use whatever is within reach!
