When you have realized that you really are in a self defense situation you must use every ounce of strength you have to cause as much damage as possible- you may only get one chance! There have been alot of stories in the news lately about women defending themselves with bedposts, sticks, etc. Use whatever is within reach!</description>

		<description>I like how you guys emphasize practicing with whatever weapon your going to carry. Role play make it second nature to where you don&#039;t even think when you do it. It&#039;s like driving a manual car. At first it&#039;s hard to do, and impossible almost under stress, but after a little practice you don&#039;t even think about it anymore. I like the part also about pushing his eyes through the back of his skull. I think a lot women are afraid to do these things to an attacker but hopefully they realize that there are ways like this one to fight back.
