Ralph, I had a Vista 20P installed and operating approx 2 years. About 6 months ago I had false alarms on motion detectors. They occur within afew hours after setting. All motions are set up on one system so I can't get more specific than that. I've been unable to determine why the motions are the problem when there is no motion in the detection areas. Any help diagnosing will be much appreciated.

So, true. Practicing really makes it like second nature. When you have realized that you really are in a self defense situation you must use every ounce of strength you have to cause as much damage as possible- you may only get one chance! There have been alot of stories in the news lately about women defending themselves with bedposts, sticks, etc. Use whatever is within reach!

I like how you guys emphasize practicing with whatever weapon your going to carry. Role play make it second nature to where you don't even think when you do it. It's like driving a manual car. At first it's hard to do, and impossible almost under stress, but after a little practice you don't even think about it anymore. I like the part also about pushing his eyes through the back of his skull. I think a lot women are afraid to do these things to an attacker but hopefully they realize that there are ways like this one to fight back.

GPS technology is one of the highly evolving technologies nowadays. I have a feeling that it will continue to get famous in the future. However bleak that future seems to those who labor to bring forth this technological advancement, it can still be considered promising.

Some may be tricked in thinking however that they provide the best technology but the one you mentioned here is undoubtedly as promising as any other innovations offered in the market. Thanks for the insights.

Thanks Ralph for the review on the Vista 20p. I am getting ready to take the plunge and install one of these. I was on the fence and considering having a local company come in and do the install... but for the same money i can have a MUCH more robust and feature rich system that i KNOW will be done right. I plan to solder the tips of all my wires, dress the wiring with proper cable mgmt technique. In the end, by doing it myself, I hope to learn a lot and be better off with that knowledge of the system.

I have been surfing online greater than three hours as of late, yet I never discovered any attention-grabbing article like yours. It is pretty value enough for me. Personally, if all site owners and bloggers made good content material as you did, the internet might be a lot more helpful than ever before.
